how you will vybe with us
At Vybe, we offer multiple ways to connect because therapy should feel supportive, not stressful. No more dragging your feet to appointments. We create a space you actually want to come to, even on the tough days.
Together, we will get creative on the format that works best for you.
In Office Services
individuals , family and groups
We offer traditional face-to-face therapy in a calming, thoughtfully designed space. In-person sessions may include talk therapy, play-based approaches, expressive arts, or structured skill-building. This option is ideal for those who feel most supported by direct connection, physical presence, and creative tools.
Telehealth Services
individuals or families
Virtual sessions allow you to access support from the comfort of your home or wherever feels safe. Great for busy families, teens on the go, or as needed in tight schedules. We use HIPAA-compliant video platforms and creative modalities to increase engagement.
Walk & Talk Services
individuals only
For clients who feel more comfortable in motion or outside traditional spaces, walk-and-talk therapy takes place in nature. This option blends movement with mindfulness and can help reduce the intensity that sometimes comes with face-to-face conversations. Limited availability offered.
Meeting dynamics
Family sessions build connection, strengthen understanding, and healthier dynamics. Clinicians will support your family navigating conflict, parenting stress, or transitions.
A personalized space to work through stress, heightened emotions, negative thoughts, identity, grief, trauma, behavior struggles, and the complexities of life.
Seasonal small groups focused on specific topics. Counselors create a supportive space for individuals to learn, relate, and feel less alone. Previous topics include: mindfulness, problem solving, emotional regulation, grief, LGBTQ+, study skills for ADHD, and general social skills
A note about vybe
As the founder of Vybe and a licensed clinician, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and families through some of life’s most overwhelming and transformative moments. The creation of Vybe is made up of thousands of little pieces from every role I’ve held, intentionally woven together to build a space where real change can happen.
Over the years, I’ve noticed a few things remain true:
-
Therapy is so much more than just a conversation.
-
Kids need safe spaces for expression through play, art, and movement.
-
Teens crave understanding (and yes, they do love when things feel cool).
-
Families need to be involved, so they can keep the work going at home.
In past roles, “Ms. Maddy’s office” became a safe haven, a place to run to when the day felt too heavy, or to soak in a quick “you’ve got this”. Some came for safety, others just to say hi during free time but all knew they were welcome. That spirit lives on at Vybe.
I often reflect on the hundreds of stories and hearts I’ve had the honor of holding over the years. Every kid who cracked a joke in session, every teen who dared to open up, every parent who showed up unsure but stayed... they’ve all shaped what Vybe has become.
This space is designed to be soulfully grounded, intuitively cool, and quietly disruptive to the mental health field. Less clipboard. More connection.
Whether you’re actively seeking support or simply curious about what we’re building, I hope you’ll stay connected. Big things are coming, and it’s always good to be in the know.
“Every story I’ve held has shaped this space.”
